Two things: 1) Mixed Chicks actually sells a liter size of the deep conditioner (they have larger sizes of the shampoo and leave-in as well). It is $50 BUT here's how I purchased mine for much less. If you buy it online from Walgreens (it's only sold online) and use your points (I had about $30 in points that I saved JUST for this lol and you can use that towards ANYTHING!) Just an idea if you shop at Walgreens regularly. And 2) Water is actually good for your hair. When its dry, that's what it needs - moisture. Maybe you could add a little bit of the leave-in in a spray bottle with water and spritz it in the morning as a refresher :)

Love your results. Try the Shea Moisture raw shea line or the manuka honey line because they have BOGO with those products all of the time so they can be an easy alternative for you since you are trying to preserve your Mixed Chicks products.

I tried it, but mixed chicks literally did nothing for my hair. I tried the shampoo, conditioner, and leave in. It's been just sitting in my cabinet for 2 years needing to be trashed. I don't know Why I hang on to things like that.

BTW Tiffany Darlyn I just found out you're supposed to use the deep conditioner after you shampoo, then the regular conditioner. I was doing it the opposite way my whole life. I can't remember the specifics but the reason behind it made total sense in a lightbulb moment kind of way. But I guess if it ain't broke, don't fix it. Just sharing.

Have you tried Hair One? They have one for curly hair and one for dry hair that work fantastic! You can feel them working as soon as you apply. They remind me of Wen by Chaz Dean but not nearly as expensive.

I put olive oil deep conditioner and it makes my hair super soft, I leave it in my hair 30 mins to 1 hr and it only about 6 bucks. its a big green tub and u can find it at any local hair store, hope if u try it, it works for u

Try the brand "it's a 10" miricale mask leave in conditioner you can buy it at wal mart or target manly target it is pricy but it is most definitely worth it I have dry hair as well and it works wonders it feels soft immediately and my hair feels soft right away please try this I know you will love it !!! Do you have kinkier curls in the back of your hair, or like a thicker curl pattern in the back? I do, and I sometimes don't know how to manage that section of my hair. The curls back there do not get as defined as in the front.

Try Carol's daughter Marula Curl Therapy Softening Hair mask. It is kind of pricey, but worth it! I have very dry hair & this is a product that seriously makes my hair feel like butter immediately!!! If u purchase it from Ulta u can always return it if u don't like it, but I'd even give u your money back lol. Really hope that u try it. It's bomb!
