@@seerchannah102 well that's hibiscus drink. Sorrel as I said is different. I'm Jamaican and I have also lived in Trinidad. Sorrel is the same among us. One of the main differences between the two plants is that sorrel has a huge seed. In preparing the drink too, some persons might add cinnamon but the main addition to the brew is ginger. Some add cloves too for extra flavour. Some persons add rum and let it cure for up to a year.

Lovely! I purchased a bunch of herbs yesterday from my local Indian market to make your hair oil once again. This time I actually made the oils and used it. The last time I didn't do anything with the herbs and they went to waste. I have no clue why?? I just did my 10th big chop, not because I wanted to but because my hair thins and falls out. It will grow shoulder length and begin falling out from the base of my neck and upwards in certain spots on the top of my head. I am tired of waiting on the shorts parts to grow in enough for me to cut the rest down to make it all even. I need this challenge. I am so happy I am on time! This video was great and I am excited to use some of these herbs topically. However, having a father that is an MD, ND and I also being in the medical field has taught me the importance of prefacing caution when talking about supplementation, especially for the general public. A lot of the herbs you mentioned may help with hair growth, but have been found to be detrimental to those with an underlying health condition such as diabetes, hypertension, pregnancy, breastfeeding, hypo/hyper thyroidism, and hormonal issues. I would definitely encourage the viewers to do their research before implementing in their diet, especially if they have the aforementioned. Otherwise, Happy Hair Growth to you all!!

most of the herbs she mentioned are for topical use, she just mentioned some could also be taken as teas etc if you want. If you have followed CP for at least six months or binge watched her previous vidoes, you will see in her videos that she cautions people to do their research and consult their doctors before using the herbs and very limited supplements that she talks about in her videos. You might be new so may have missed those videos. But in addition to that, we are a pretty sharp community of people. We already know that it is our responsibility to research anything that goes on our skin or hair. But even so, given all the so-called organic and all-natutal products on the market that contain chemicals and preservatives that actually cause harm and injury to the body, I would still hedge my bets with herbs over the deceitful crap that's out there. Even the doctors (MD) prescribe meds that are loaded with chemicals that do so much harm to our bodies. I don't trust them and would never take their advice over an herbalist or ND. Just sayin'

Lawd sis you may have to make a pt 2 because we can't get enough 😂. The ladies in the comments are bringing up other wonderful herbs😊. You need a forum sweetheart so all of use can get together and share out experiences and techniques and such with ayurveda.

Just FYI we use cilantro hair shampoos, a heavy metal detox smoothie which is really good with all the ingredients . It also works wonders in a face mask along with black tourmaline and a couple of other ingredients where you want to pull out the pollutants / toxins from the air out of your skin. I also put it in my body butters and I make along with the other great oils that benefit the skin and detox and make it healthy.

Exactly. Some of my college acquaintances sent some time in Egypt. I was excited to discuss their African travels. When I mentioned the amazing opportunity they had to travel Africa. Crickets. They were offended that I called Egypt African. Their response was disgusting.

I know right, most of these north African countries are usually referred to as Middle Eastern and it does get on my nerves. Or if they're identified as African countries, they have to specify North Africa as if that makes it less African- the ignorance smh.

@@Pyxelles Please guys don't generalise, I am moroccan and very proudly african, I sometimes experience the opposite from other africans who feel we are not african enough because some of us are not black or because we speak arabic. I love Africa because it's home. ( some guy even called me white african, like wtf )

Excellent once again another great video, and yes the best thing about all of the ingredients besides being pure from nature. Would be that you save so much money when you use them to create for yourself what your hair needs. If I could add anything I'd say Moringa, and Turmeric are definitely mighty soldiers in this army. Both you can also eat, drink, and ingest as well as use as an ingredient. 🎉🍾Oh congrats on your Bell Bar Collabo also 🎉🍾

I liken the surface of the almond shell and the small prominent holes on this surface to the scalp and hair follicle holes. I liken the green cover of almonds to hair. Almond oil can be ideal for hair. Eating almonds can also nourish the hair from the inside. The green texture covering the almonds is not like walnut or hazelnut shell, because the green texture of the almond has a soft and palpable texture reminiscent of fine hairs. There are long and thread-like thin tissues inside the almond shell.(I don't know if all almond varieties are the same.) (when the almond bark is cracked, we notice these fine threadlike textures) These fine textures are like hair strands. Seeds that are shiny black like the hair of a young person: nigella sativa Plant with long tassels like hair: garlic spice that resembles hair root anatomy: clove Can Black Black Cumin restore the natural color of the hair strand and make the hair look shiny and lively? Do garlic cloves nourishing the white tassels of garlic work for clean scalp and clean hair follicles? Can the clove plant, which looks like a strand of hair standing upright with its root, revive and straighten the thinning and weakened hair? What kind of result do I get when I mix garlic, clove and black seed oil and apply it to my hair? I liken each part of the walnut, which consists of two fatty food tissues, to the thyroid gland. If the problem is in the thyroid gland, walnuts can be useful. (I do not know English. I hope I was able to form correct and understandable sentences.)
