Love that you’re back to these! You are the only reason 4 years ago I was brave enough to try a cup & I found my favorite one (saalt soft!) because of you. Switched to period panties because of you too. After having babies, my body changed so much and my periods became a major source of anxiety & discomfort. Your Diva cup video was the first video from your channel I watched. It completely changed my life. I was barely a sophomore in college when it came out and was suggested to my feed. Back then I would have loved to have some videos specifically for my age. Not even just for periods, but about how to care for myself outside of my parents' house and make informed decisions of my own. Thank you for making these videos!

The Diva Disc has become my go-to product. After trying a few cups and other discs, I realized my cervix sits low and that's why the cups I had tried hurt. The Diva Disc has been sooooo easy in comparison to everything else I've tried. I wish it was more round than oblong because I think that makes it a little messier to remove (it can start to turn over if you're only holding the tab), but I'll take that slight negative for a comfy, easy product.

4 years ago, I really wanted to try menstrual cups so i went out researching and binge watched ALLLLLLLL your period cup videos. I ended up with a Saalt cap based on your videos and I have been in love. But today, my cramps are killing me and i think I need a new cup (I'm 29 now and my body is changing....AGAIN) So here I am after 4 years scouring through your videos again because your videos are just soo refreshingly honest and I need someone to tell me how they actually found it and not how to BLOODY INSERT ONE! I’ve had the most success with the flex disc! It’s a little messy but I swear it’s like I’m not even on my period! I’ve got stage 4 endo and tampons aren’t always usable for me and the panties having so many pfas freaked me out and honestly are messier than the disc at the end of the day.

YAY! So glad these videos will be back! You are the reason I got my cups years ago! I am still working on getting my oldest to try a cup, but she is very hesitant. I will have to check out the boxer panties and the other ones that had more coverage. I am not a huge fan of ones that don't cover my bum... Which, by the way, are hard to find! :)

If only every teen would/could try cups. They really are life changing & I so wish I'd known about them when I was younger. Currently still using cups in and out thanks to HRT breakthrough bleeds & boy I'd be pulling my hair out without cups. I'm glad you are doing a new one! I finally found a reusable cup I like at cvs(flex disc) . It works great and is better than the nixit . Ps how do you clean them the other cups? I feel like boiling doesn't cut it do you use special cleaners?

If I'm being honest i don't even clean my other cups unless they are dirty. I usually just rinse them and put them on my shelf for the next use. Every now and again I will boil them just for peace of mind, but the bfree one I don't do anything to at all. If I need to clean them though because they are dirty, I just use mild unscented soap

You are one of the reasons I went to reusables! I started using them when I was 16. 7 years ago. So luckily I only had disposables for 3 years. Menstrual cups actually ended up being super painful for me bc of the suction and my pelvic floor issues. So a menstrual disc was perfect for me. And i used cloth liners too. The hello disc is the absolute best. Would love to see a review of that from you. I had a horrible experience on our Hawaii trip before reusables came to my life. I would not get in the water! Now I swim and hike all the time while on my period!

There are a ton out there now which is amazing! I'm currently looking in to which ones I want to get for my youngest and then which ones are the easiest to maintain for my oldest because she will be out of my home for me to be able to help her keep them clean -_-. Pantys has some great tween ones!

lol, well I appreciate it! Honestly, when it comes to my hair, I chalk it up to good genetics, drinking lots of water, and not overwashing or over brushing it! I use drugstore products and only get it could a couple times a year and that's about it!

Ok I use the super Jenny cup and have for several years. I haven’t tried any since thing because I love it’s comfort…however I have super heavy flow and it fails me the first 4 days unless I’m home and not working. Super active mama.. thoughts/recommendations?

So bfree does have a larger capacity cup, but it only holds about 30 ML which the super jennie is around 40 if I remember correctly. The largest capacity cup that I'm aware of on the market right now is the Merula XL which holds 50 ML, and is said to be for all "fitness" levels and for medium to high cervixs. I haven't tried Merulas however so I can't speak to their comfort or how well they stay in.

I look for things that say cotton in them because those won't be super slippery. Pantys does have some that are and so do a lot of other brands as well I like a combination of both just dpending on what I'm wearing that day

Are you aware of the Thinx class action lawsuit? Deadline to submit a claim is past but it’s still really important to know given the use of the chemicals was specific to the successful function of period underwear. Scary stuff.
