Was it hard to find a job as a school psych in your area? Since there’s only one psych in a whole school.

We have a huge shortage in my area. Districts in northern va have 10-15 openings right now even with people coming straight out of grad school in the area. Some psychologists are having to take 2-3 schools because of the shortage, even tho districts are given the budget to hire more. We need more practitioners!
