Currents are absolutely incredible, this song makes me so excited for what they have in store for the new album. They are just one of the bands that sounds like the band members are on the exact same page about how they wanna sound (at least that's how it feels to me). Really, really love this song, the instrumentals were superb, Brian's vocals - better than ever. And that chorus... Also, in the video, I almost jumped when they literally made the scene from the cover of the place I feel safest. It was super cool.

This song is the perfect mix of TWIE, ILTDI, and TPIFS The atmospheric synths are gorgeous and lift the song to another level This song could easily fit on any of the last 3 records, despite the fact all of them having a distinct sound This is Currents to a tee, Chris is an absolute beast of a songwriter, and Brian’s vocals just get better and better. Also loving the display of his range on this song, it’s beautiful Cannot wait to see this live in a few weeks

Dude I couldn't agree more. I am so glad you see the same things i do. Each section had a bit of all albums, from drums to riffs, atmosphere and vocals. Just bliss ⭐️ Just one thing, i miss the more "dry" tone of TPIFS. The last albums have so much grit and distortion that sometimes beautiful rythmic notes are lost in the bass 🤔 What do you think dude?
