I just made it for lunch a few minutes ago. It is delicious, very smooth, simply delightful. I had, though, to make a couple of changes as I did not have almond milk nor vegetable broth at hand. So, instead I used coconut milk and chicken broth. I will certainly make it many more times. Great recipe.
