Curry Meatballs Recipe || Delicious Indian Kofta Recipe
Ingredients as added
To mince meat
½ kilo beef
1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
½ cup parsley
2 teaspoons salt, or to taste
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 teaspoons curry
To knead the meat after mincing
1 egg
½ cup rusk
2 tablespoons oil
To make a mixture of yoghurt and onions
4 tablespoons yogurt
1 fried onion
To make the meatballs
3 tablespoons of oil
Clove
Cardamom
1 Cinnamon stick
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon minced ginger
2 tablespoons tomato paste
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon coriander
2 teaspoons curry
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon turmeric
½ teaspoon black pepper
2 cups boiling water
½ cup cooking cream
A sprinkle of parsley
