A real masterpiece of a meal; great recipe, and very well explained in terms of how to alter the flavours of a piece of meat. I totally understood the difference between cleaning it with citrus versus flour; makes sense. The final finishing touches of fresh bay leaf from your garden and green seasonings literally made me salivate. The way you guys approach cooking is so natural that it doesn't look like some sort of formula, but rather a go-with-the-flow sort of thing, and don't worry about mistakes. Very different from the typical cooking channels. And last, but not least, a little something about the Bay Leaf 🍃 which 'Sana used to finish off his pot; the Bay Leaf (or Bay Laurel) was considered a symbol of wisdom - both acquired wisdom and intuitive wisdom - and there is a link between the word "Laurel" and the word "Baccalaureate" as in Bachelor's Degree.
