Early game momentum is huge in these older formats

The difference here is that Rhyme CAN play strategically if he wants/needs to; he just usually doesn't for the bits. Doto, on the other hand, just straight up plays whatever is in his hand 90% of the time with no thought to what the opponent is doing whatsoever.
