@@diablo_exp9296 are you guarenteed both upstarts? are you guaranteed to have your oppnent special summons enough monsters for your maxx c to be usefull or any monsters at all? are you guaranteed that these effects wont get negated? all of these are no your negate argument makes no sense beacuse pot of greed can be negated too pot of greed gives you two cards if it isnt negated running two upstarts is nowhere near as valuable as a single pot of greed because not only is there no downside its two free cards just like that the OGC and TCG ban different cards and thats just them being weird if one pot of greed didnt change the fate of a match then why would it be banned and not limited one ash blossom could change everything in a game but its still a free 3 because its stil situational pot of greed is not situational there is no point to never use it when you have it thats why terraforming got banned depending on your deck it CAN and WILL win you the game
