Blue Wild Assault on grounded hit causes the opponent to be staggered (where they wiggle around with the button mash prompt above their heads), and while in this state you can throw them! You might most commonly see this when Potemkin gets a grounded hit with Garuda Impact and they combo into Buster.

It's only a ~0.3% chance to get two in a row + another 5.6% for an item store 😉 (ignore the fact you can only have one set of meteors on the screen at a time outside of training)
