I think the difference between Bandai and Hasbro photography is hilarious. Bandai has to explicitly say the photos were done professionally with added paint and Hasbro is like "Welp, they can figure it out."

@@PerspectiveEnd I mean, you get what you see, but some poses only look good in pictures or from one angle. Gundams are model kits, but I never buy paint for them. Those are built professionally and that is pretty crappy when your sad straight-build is compared to a pro refined model.

That Ratchet is mistransformed at the crotch, but at least the Ironhide version of that mold can't actually transform correctly so the head always droops down into the chest. I took mine apart a bit and cut out about 1/8" of plastic from the spine to let it actually do what it's supposed to, but eventually decided that having the crotch extended like that and just pinching the wheels in a little to fill in on either side instead of folding them into the backpack looked better. Well, less bad. The real problem is that I missed Siege Ironhide until he was already more expensive than the MP KOs for some reason, don't want to pay as much as even the KOs for an MP Ironhide, and loathe the BB Movie version with a fiery passion, so that Universe figure is still the Ironhide on my shelf... Honestly, the MP is looking better and better, but Menasor and Elita and Knockout and two Arcees and KO MP Wheeljack and G2 Lambor and (etc.)

@@PerspectiveEnd Yep. Had to modify the soulders a little to let the arms get straight down instead of an A pose too. Now, I actually do like how that Universe Ironhide transforms in a more unique way, but it leaves a lot of panel lines down the sides and the arms are a bit small. And as noted, it has weird hands since they're designed to fit inside the spring-loaded double ended gun/sword arm thing, instead of just, you know, having a 5mm fist and holding a gun like a normal 'bot. I do have a KO MP Ratchet (which is simultaneously why I do and don't want an Ironhide; I generally avoid buying more than one of the same mold unless I really love it, like the Siege Seekers and ER Sunstreaker) because for some reason, he's EVEN MORE expensive on the aftermarket than Ironhide, and WFCS Ironhide being "only" $75-ish new these days (and $50+ used and damaged/incomplete) is $20 down from a couple years ago, and I tend to like medic/sciencey characters the most. Ironhide... well, maybe when the rest of that list has been filled in, if the KOs are still in the $50-60 range by then, and morre new shiny robots haven't grabbed my inyerest the way the avalanche of gems in the past couple years did.

Oh damn. No wonder Hasbro has no actual hate for the Michael Bay movies. A good amount of the guys who work there don't care enough about what the company's working on, and Hasbro just doesn't mind. Man this feels like the manifestation of depression and apathy (except Broadside and X-Spanse cause they're mostly properly transformed and the employees would be so bamboozled with Broadside no matter how skilled they are). When you choose to work in a toy company, don't expect to do only paperwork and CGI animation stuff. You need to be able to handle any toy you're given. In case the photographers can't handle Transformers, they got to provide copies of the figure in every mode it can do. These sample photo mistakes don't feel funny. They feel miserable. Cause even that tiny Shockwave is misassembled, like how? CHUG figures have become more and more complex. And it peaked in WFC Trilogy, seriously, all of them are trying to be the absolute mini masterpieces. I can see that clearly in Warpath. This figure has no unintentional kibble, the transformation is clever and intuitive, the articulation is the best one possible, and the tank mode even rolls well. Also captures the spirit of the character like nothing else. Except ER Cliffjumper and ERcee. ER Cliffjumper is the personification of hate and frustration. It's the first MP Bumblebee, but bloody and ruined. One of the Masterpiece designers worked on this. He must've been totally wrecked mentally if he thought this was OK. I bought two of these Japanese candy toy figures today. They pose as good as space Bumblebee and they still manage to have accessories despite being 7 bucks each and the size of Core class figures. I will show them to you, cause they are absolute underrated marvels. And this is why ERcee has never been relevant.

I am so sad that Shattered Glass Slicer isn't coming to Australia. For some reason, Ultra Magnus and Blaster are both coming here while Slicer has been sliced from the aussie line up (you see what I did there :) ) so now I have to spend 50-60 aud more trying to get my hands on this guy. Hope that the other shattered glass figures that haven't been announced are easier to get than this thing.

Tbh this is not on topic unless you thought of the cursed part of the word i think transquito is the best representing of a cursed bad guy i mean sure the colour is not a good mixture in concept brown and purple but it brings a cursed presense and sure i guess a mosquito might not be the best beast mode but as a vilian it works besides it gave my sister a disease on my birthday so he brings cursed as a personality and works as a monsterous predicon i am betting he would be bros with rampage and die laughing with all that pain and if you dont kbow who he i look it up
