This song became my favorite during the 1960s decade. I first heard it from a jukebox at a neighborhood youth corps organization for a youth summer work program. I love this extended version and the pictures of the various towns in the states of the United States. Creative Force did an outstanding job.

Curtis was a genius and his music was way ahead of the time. Too many skylines, sports, and entertainers and not enough historical figures. Why not the Tuskegee Airmen, First Black General, Booker T Washington, Thurgood Marshall, WEB Du Bois, Jesse Owens, Charles Drew, Jack Johnson, Eddie Robinson, Frank Robinson, Art Shell, Whitney Young, Black Army Tank Division who saved George Patton ass in The Battle of Bulge.
