Him ditching the gun when he was able to hide is the same as if u were running from cops and hid your illegal shit in a bush. The ssk member that searched him could have checked the area for the brown bag but was lazy. The issue is should he have gone to get it. I dont think it was actually ban worthy, should probably have been a warning/discussion with admins... But was probably done because of OTT ooc bitching all thr time that his gang is constantly the victim and no one else faces consequences

So OTT and co reported Cau because after they robbed him he didn’t have a gun in him.. but instead of searching the area they were prob tipped by chat and then meta’d his vod to figure out what happened to the gun? Sounds like a valid ban to me. Are people forgetting that you're supposed to forget what just happened you choose to respawn instead of waiting on EMS? It's like an Ocean Dump. Always has been. You can't drop an item, respawn and then go back to it. At that point your character has forgotten it and you have to act like you have no idea how you got into the hospital. Nobody RPs anymore I guess. Everyone is a self-insert anyway.
