Curtis Sliwa & Crowd Protest Migrant Shelter, 10 Arrests by ARMY of NYPD CRT / Staten Island 9.19.23

9.19.23 | by Adam | STATEN ISLAND - At least 10 protestors were arrested for blocking an MTA bus of migrants arriving at ambassador nursing home. It may have started around 10pm at Midland Ave & Father Capodanno Blvd. Cell video and a witness confirmed there were arrests made with some appearing to have resisted arrest. An army of NYPD SRG & CRT cops were on scene to separate the protestors and block pedestrian and vehicular traffic in multiple directions to prevent protestors from getting close to the new migrant shelter. Curtis Sliwa and the guardian angels were onscene, being cheered by the protestors. Curtis yelled at the army of cops and against usage of a drone during the protest.
