For a few months KZbin stopped recommending your channel to me even though I was subscribed, and unfortunately I forgot to check up on your channel, but yesterday one of your vids finally popped up in my home feed so I got myself caught up, happy to report that you’re back on my home feed :)🎨

Your demonstration is heuristic for both beginners and the experienced, and your lecture is so eloquent like a philospher. Thanks a lot!

🎨A mini encyclopedia to spark ideas and interconnections! This requires a second watch to absorb and follow related tutorials if need be. The chapter organization makes this a lot simpler. I found some functions I was looking for, to use on a concept design, trying an art (finesse and intuition) with math (functional and flexible foundation) approach. It's nice that you're exploring your own way of communicating/teaching. Thanks for all of this.

can you explain something for me? you have two Princibled BSDF nodes just being mixed with a mix shader. now this is how i used to mix my shaders and materials... but i was told it wasnt good practice, because mixing two materials doesnt actually mix the textures or something... I sitll dont fully understand it, but how i was told to do it is to mix the materials BEFORE the BSDF, AKA mixing the textures and inputs, or if you have a texture builder like fluent that has all the outputs going through the bsdf... Long story short, is it ok to just mix two BSDF nodes like that, or should you build our a node group for "proper" mixing of the textures. IDK if this made sense, just wondering 🖌🎨

Hello Curtis. Yours tutorials are amazing. You can use convert math node. Convert to radians and use 180⁰ as pi, and you do not neer 3,1415926 number. Bye.

Please also filter the concave dirt locations on a dot product with the world up vector!! It would only sit in the folds that are oriented close to up. Good insights for the topic of the video, but this was bugging me!

What does signed and unsigned angle actually mean in Geometry Nodes? Instead of using the "lesser than" math node, why don't you just use the unsigned angle? Great Video, thanks!!

I have noticed that most people don't seem to make node groups in geometry nodes. Instead, most people seem to prefer just using frames. Is there a reason that node groups are avoided? When I made a recent large project in geometry nodes, I found that I was using nested node groups for just about everything, but I'm wondering if that was the wrong way to do it. 🎨
