I was supposed to see her at The Crescent Ballroom in Phoenix but Eventbrite got my order mixed up with her LA gig. Contacting Eventbrite to reverse their screw-up was utterly impossible, so I had to forgo her gig as traveling to LA was not an option. The Crescent Ballroom also never answered my continual please for assistance. All in all- NOT a good situation and I was NOT impressed.

The mic is too close to the stage. We don't get a good mix of her voice and the rest of the band. Maybe have a second mic at the board or out back a little. 80% of what we hear is her guitar... not that that's a bad thing :-)
