Who else that watched this video, expected Donna to pull out the Drunkards Path template? I’ve always been scared to attempt a Drunkards Path quilt, but watching this video, makes me think there is always another way to skin that cat! I think I could actually do this one! Thanks Donna. Btw, the colors of this quilt are amazing!

These tutorials are SO well done. I feel like I have the best quilting teacher as my personal mentor. How lucky are we that Matt and Donna got together so many years ago? Matt, with his awesome eye for color and cutting skills which are absolutely central to our quilt making success. I live on the other side of the country so I’ll never be able to visit their incredible store. Things I have to thank Donna for: how to finger press, how to press fabric, the importance of a quarter in seam, how to be gentle with bias fabric, how to sew strips together, how to cut without "stuffing up"! And of course how to cut multiple layers with ease and accuracy. So there it is in a nutshell, Donna you have changed my quilting world. I love how you teach, Ms Jordan. It makes quilting "sew" easy. You definitely have a gift not just in quilting but in teaching too. Since I watched the video the first time and subscribed, I never give a day missing a video especially watching the old ones from years ago.
