Nice find!!! I don't recall them ever being referred to as a "minibike". I think they were always called scooters. They were street legal as opposed to minibikes. I have a Cushman Super Silver Eagle. It's not in the nice shape that yours is. Mine is disassembled, ready for me to restore. It's on a long list of projects I have- 3 vintage minibikes, 2 Harleys, plus other scooters and go karts in various stages of completion.

very cool lol your like me with the projects right now just picked up 1972 chevy truck short wide now I sold the bike now I can work on the truck but thanks again for all comments and I mit post stuff on 72 not sure just yet

hi I was wondering if you knew how to remove a cushman Huskey fan I need to get to the electrical and the fan is stucker than shit, thanks for your help

hiya when i tell you lol you going to be shocked what you do is get same thread nuts ( 2 ) put on to the shaft leave about 1/4 inch space from the flywheel to first nut make sure the last nut is flush at the end of shaft so not to damage threads place your hand snug to the flywheel and pull then take a hammer and hit the shaft and the flush nut when pulling should take between 1 to 4 hits to pop loose sounds crazy but it works or... you can get the right tool ( Clutch Knock off Tool ) at Dennis carpenter please note do pry in anyway on flywheel only your fingers

I think the Cushman Mustang has a 12 HP engine. It has more of a motorcycle shape and it has taller but narrower tires on it. It’s considered to be a scooter.

Well sorry to say I sold it about 2years ago now I have a 72 chevy short wide but thanks for asking it was lota fun to build and if! I find another one ill do same thing just so fun to work on and ride

not a mini bike it is a small motorcycle not a scooter or mini bike
