Custom Action Figures: Neron

The Devil has arrived!
Neron is an interesting character.
He premiered in the mid 90's as a stand-in for the devil, and then pretty much petered out after that.
Well, we're bringing him back in action figure form.
This one is going to use a TON of different techniques I've learned, so buckle up as the devil gets his due.

Ive personally never heard of Neron myself and read it as Nekron before seeing the thumbnail. What story's has he been in so I can look out for him and learn about him, if you know any on hand.

He first appeared in a big DC crossover called Underworld Unleashed from 1995 I think. They used a gimmick of neon green ink in the comics to show Neron's power.
