This custom built rzr from NCB Diesel and Skinny Pedal Fab is a work of art. It has been stretched, narrowed and few other things done to it along with a all Chromoly cage. It is a blast to watch tear up the hills.

I can see a few chassis mods here, he clearly has removed the sway bar, but he also rotated the traveling axis of the front a-arms so that it takes the "endo-ing effect" of jumps better. It's just a way around tuning a good set of race shocks to basically do the same thing, he didn't want to do this so he tilted the a-arms back more to enable the front suspension to still be at a functioning angle of attitude if you will when the machine nose dives in a jump, not a bad idea, ideal for racing? No. Overall a better improvement over the stock angle? You bet.

NCBDIESEL ANDOFFROAD Damn! Good to know the 1000 diff is tough enough to take that kind of beating. Any plans to upgrade driveshaft? Or just keep it as a "shear pin"?

Already had to upgrade it since we stretched the front end 6 inches. and had him make it out of DOM. Already have another one made out of thicker DOM. and worked great yesterday.

a turbo on a rock bouncer doesn't make a whole lot of sense. that rig would be better off in the dunes where it can run wide open. too much on/off the gas on those hill climbs
