22:23 So, you come home from a ride in the rain, and you want to put your rain gear away... so, you hang it to dry and it drips on the unprotected wood shelf below? I think I would've lowered the coat rack, and then put a plastic shoe tray underneath for my riding boots and to catch the water while my rain gear dries...

Damn you’re right! This closet would be better served as kindling for camp fires. I’ll start again….

@@leeridefar That's one option... another would be to put a plastic shoe tray on the shelf below the coat rack It'll look a bit weird having your shoes/boots on a shelf, but it's the only way to salvage the closet from a date with future camp fires... Godspeed, Lee!
