I was thinking the same. Edit -> preferences -> hotkeys -> and just change your hotkeys without these stupid steps 😂

there was a video out there that showed how to create a script that would allow me to create edge loops down the center of a selected edge with just hotkeys, but i cannot find this video. is there any chance you could create a video of that?

Yeah you can have as many hot keys for a command as you’d like.

When I added my shortcut key to for the wireframe it just displays the wireframe so when I repeat my shortcut it doesn't toggle back to shaded view. Anyone know how I can fix this?

Is there a way to put MUTE/UNMUTE SELECTED on a hotkey? I cant find it anywhere

found out this one by monitoring the script editor, there are specific actions depending on if ur selection is in the channel box or in the graph editor, so u can run both just to be safe //MUTE SELECTED channelBoxCommand -mute; doMuteChannel graphEditor1FromOutliner -true; //UNMUTE SELECTED channelBoxCommand -unmute; doMuteChannel graphEditor1FromOutliner -false; //UNMUTE ALL (no channel selection needed) channelBoxCommand -unmuteall;
