I do love the handguard but I’m not sure on the 74’s. If you ever have a question like that, and you’re not sure you can always call the manufacturer. I’ve called them a couple times for fitment questions. They were really awesome. Great customer service.

I’ve got a pioneer hell pup I’m wanting to put PSA wood furniture on but I want that railed gas tube on top, do you think that would still work? Also I’ve heard they lifted the ban for now on the pistol braces… hopefully it stays that way lol 😬

I did hear about pistol braces being legal again due to the national injunction. As for the upgraded gas tube with the 1913 rail…it might require fitting but most of the time it’s minor or none at all.

No, before I ordered a special brace from CNC Warriors that didn’t require that! To be honest, they’re a little costly, but it’s worth the money.

Does the dust cover coverwhere the iron sights would be?

Technically, you lose the rear side but there is a rear site that you can add on. I’ve seen several guys run it and it co-witnesses with the front side perfectly. But most guys are an optic so the irons aren’t really effective anymore.

How do you remove the stock muzzle device ?

With AK’s, there’s a small detent and spring you have to compress that spring and then turn the muzzle device, which is left hand. A lot of guys that are used to AR’s, which the thread is right hand actually turn the muzzle device the wrong direction which tightens it instead of losing in it.
