I've replaced several rear sights on Glocks. If you did take the rear sight off and paint, you'd have to remove the paint in the dovetail slot anyway to get the sight back on. The way you do it looks good, and if your customers happy that's all that matters. .I'm glad I stumbled on your channel. New sub. :)

Then glock is mine. And it was chrome at first. Soak your Glock in apple cider vinegar to eat the factory finish off. Then you will need to sand and polish it. Then you will need to finish the chrome so it won’t rust. And you’ll be fine
