Great hangers. Can th powder be vacuumed up and reused?

Yep, as long as dirt or debris doesn't get into it.

Weld a plate to the bottom of your jig or hold it in a clamp so you don’t have to manually hold it vertical. Reduce the degrees of freedom to make the project easier to use. Otherwise a good solution

Nicely done bud you should put yourself a longer plate on the bottom of that and a part on the end of it at the back and ues a long bolt and weld a nut to the die then you can use it like a vice by using a impact will be way faster than your doing now i really like your setup thow time is money and more time with the wifey lol thats what i allways say lol

What kind of "clamp" are you using for your plasma and MIG ground? We have a crappy HF magnetic ground that does not work too bad for a 40 Amp plasma but what you have looks really good. I am glad to see your powder coating setup and that it works. I was thinking of doing similar.

Don't let the health and safety folks see this. There are so many ways you could pinch a finger in that contraption. Be safe
