If the bike ever tips or the mirror gets pushed too hard, the glass will shatter against the bar end in this orientation. Don’t ask me how I know. The bracket should extend off the bar toward the rider, with the mirror flipped around, in my experience. Allows the mirror to fold in with no obstructions, and thanks to the shoulder joint on the clamp, the mirror can still be positioned to give ample viewing range.

What seat is that on the T100 Black & Chrome you reference near the top of the video? Looks like the slammer but just oiled up, maybe?
@britishcustoms4 ай бұрын
It was our limited edition model, using actual veg-tanned leather (premium leather). We stopped after that first run as there ended up being much more complaints then we had hoped; from patina, to being slippery from the wrong conditioner being used, and more.

Been eyeing headers or full exhaust to cut cat. Any reason you went slipons and any input on you headers vs you drag setup? TIA!
@britishcustoms Жыл бұрын
Headers would ultimately be for those looking for that raw Triumph tone on these liquid cooled models (makes a huge difference; you have to hear and feel it in person) but the downsides we’ve seen for some people = cost (product / labor), ends up being too loud sometimes, and they don’t need any extra performance. Give us a call and we can discuss further on this! 877-999-2748

Hi there! great channel, I have a bonni t120 2016 is there any option to change the gauge in single one on this model?
@britishcustoms6 ай бұрын
At the moment, we do not have that option nor have seen a bolt-on option. Anything is possible but working with CANBUS and having to be model/year specific on these gauges can be tricky. Motogadget usually has solutions to this so we'll see with some time!

@@britishcustoms thanks for the mega fastest reply!! Actually i have a problem with my bonny t120 2016, i posted 2 videos on my channel, there is some issues with the electronic, today the service from my village just call me that he wasn’t able to find what is the problem with the fuse for the indicators clock alarm etc…. Actually the fuse was blown and obviously the indicators wasn’t working so i put a new fuse then the ignition went on with out the key inside (funny miracle) the indicators start working but then i try to start the motor but it couldn’t start. Then i removed the fuse and i start the motor without the fuse and i put the fuse back, everything went fine but when i try to turn off the motor with the key i couldn’t, he keep working without the key inside…. I have posted 2 videos on YT i you can take a look and share any tips i would be thankful. Btw i already made appointment in triumph service but i need to wait 2-3 weeks. Btw the service in my village think that the problem could be in the ignition that’s why i would like to know if there is option to put single gauge! Sorry for the long comment.

Electrical problems are the worst! We get it! (especially weird with stock lights) but it can usually happen with broken wires and especially since the flasher is built into speedo, I'd check for the wires in that area or near headtube to see if you see any pinched/chewed/mangled wire(s). Otherwise, it can be numerous things: short in the lights, faulty speedo, faulty ignition up to ECU, ground issue. I hope the dealer figures it out!
@Navi.ex1006 ай бұрын
@@britishcustoms thank you, i brought it today in the Triumph Service so when the problem is solved i would let you know, maybe we can help to someone else to save extra cost. ✌️
@pedrofrancisco939 Жыл бұрын
was it really necessary to switch the brake lines for those bars? They don't seem much longer than the stock ones
@britishcustoms Жыл бұрын
On some models, it isn't necessary with some of our bars on the Speed Twin or Speedmaster as the stock cables work but if we have a kit that calls for cables, it's definitely necessary. We've had people in the past tell us it's not necessary and they come back to us with issues of a stuck throttle (even if it's ride by wire), bars not being able to turn all the way due to the cable(s) at maxing out on tightness through a turn, clutch issues, banjos leaking, etc and it ends up being more money to fix at a professional shop.

@britishcustoms Жыл бұрын
Got a few questions regarding your feedback: 1. What would you consider "good" pricing and why? 2. Does the "why/what/where" matter in terms of design and manufacturing? 3. Can you further define "cali junk"? 4. Do you ride a Triumph? We're always trying to observe and understand opinions in the Triumph community so we're definitely curious!

@@britishcustoms If it's made in Cali it may as well be made in Mexico and the only thing good from Mexico is coca cola.
@britishcustoms Жыл бұрын
@@donjingle4059 We're not aware of the specific manufacturing processes through different countries or companies but we're confident of ours. Just to provide background lets say on our exhausts, we hand pick the best batch of 304 stainless steel, we roll them, TIG weld, then brush all by hand by our team of skilled fabricators right here in Gardena, California. Next to our fabricators, the design feedback is based off of our racers (Joe Kopp as of late), legends (Eddie Mulder is a big one), and our customer feedback of over 20 years. With that said, we're also a team of riders and we stand by our products so if anyone ever experiences any craftsmanship issues, we're on it, rider to rider. Not sure if the same could be said for companies overseas but that's how we roll!
