In this video, James from British Customs showcases a customized 2023 T120 Bonneville designed for comfort and versatility on both street and dirt terrains. The bike features a wide, adjustable tracker bar that enhances leverage and can be trimmed for a narrower grip. This model also includes high-quality, mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel bars available in brushed stainless or matte black, made in the USA. The bike sports several custom parts such as Moto Gadget mirrors with polished metal lenses, slash cut performance tips, a Slammer seat with multi-density foam and marine-grade vinyl, a Bob pan tail light kit, and high-performance tires suitable for both street and off-road use. Additional enhancements include a super light chain and sprocket kit, retro chain guard, off-road pegs, and Galfers' floating rotors to improve braking.

On the Liquid cooled Triumphs what do you do regarding the ABS system when you convert them to scramblers? Do you make any modifications to disconnect the ABS? Another switch on the handlebars or something?

We've been rolling as-is with TC off and it hasn't been too bad when going offroad but to answer your question, the ABS can be modified for racing which has been done on Joe Kopp's Street Twin hooligan build. Unfortunately we cannot advise on how to do that as it involves modifying fuses etc (for liability reasons)

Definitely necessary, otherwise you won't have enough reach especially when the bars are turned and puts too much pressure onto the banjo due to the angling which is a huge risk.

The map would help over factory map but we still don’t recommend as there’s zero baffling. For a Drag look, we’ve developed our Drag Exhaust System for liquid cooled models.

We've set up a shipping system that takes care of duties and taxes so whatever you pay at checkout is the final pay. On top of that for international shipments, give us a ring or email us and we'll see what we can do to try and offset the shipping costs.
