I've been using my lipo charger as a power supply for mine. I've been running it at 15 volts and 5 amps. I just discovered it's only rated to do 2.7 amps. oops. It still works fine. I was having trouble getting battery cables loose from an ESC so I increased the volts to 21 volts and 5 amps. That got the heat into the ESC enough to get the battery cables loose.

You need to be very carefull, the battery has no over dicharge protection, you need to make sure that the soldering iron will not take power from batery if the voltage is under 15 V

Is there a way to fix that issue? I am planning to make a mod for my ts100 too but I saw many different ideas and I am now not sure I really want that.

@@bogomilpushev3862 you need to flash the ts100 to get option for setting low voltage switch off at 15 V
