ok, so here's my analysis 1. i doubt u can rocket jump effectively with it due to the smaller explosion radius and reduced damage 2. that heavy kill is absurdly fast, this thing is a monster when it comes to burst damage, a puff from this followed by a melee attack will combo-kill everyone except heavy (stock rocket + melee deals 165 damage, so it cannot kill pyros, demos, soldiers and heavies), and even then, a heavy dies from a puff and 2 shovels to the dome ofc i can't bother doing the calcs rn with overheal 3. the reduced explosion radius and damage also means that u can be right up ur opponent's face and take negligible chip damage from ur own "puff" projectile, as i call it) therefore, this weapon is best in maps where there's a lot of narrow corridors and low ceilings, where rocket jumping would be less viable, and enemies can be around every corner

radius and damage stats have no impact upon self inflicted damage. rocket jumping with the direct hit is exactly the same amount of self damage and exactly the same amount of radius and knockback as using stock. its why the liberty launcher, airstrike, and rocket jumper all have a stat separate from the base damage value that reduces self damage taken, because without it they would otherwise do exactly the same self damage as stock.
