When you were saying about the restaurant cancelling the order, sometimes we aren’t able to. I work for a chain restaurant and when you try to cancel by calling them they ask for account details that we aren’t all privy to, meaning I have to just keep bouncing orders from driver to driver until the customer successfully cancels with deliveroo. Inefficient I know but it is what it is 😂😂

That was nice of them to send that massage kit to you, yes, lol but the size if great, not to heavy if bad shoulder, nice.. Also, the color of the bike and power.. just saying. lol and the key needs to me used often, that must be a pain to do. I normally do morning shift Uber 9am till around 2pm) then do the late shift 7pm till around 12/ 1am morning run is the biggest earner

I’m a Deliveroo driver and I deliver in a town called Braintree in Essex. It’s a small town but the earnings are pretty decent and orders can come through quickly especially during the afternoon/evening hours. I made £50 in 4 hours with no boost. Definitely worth recommending.

Drivers shouldn't be allowed to cancel more than 1 or 2 orders in a shift. Whether you like to drop off / pick up destination or not, the job is the job
