I didn't realise why I enjoyed this one so much but it was because there wasn't annoying trap music interludes, I dunno why but they really put me out. I think the ASMR of listening to you just ride around (and even if you're not saying anything, just listening to the environment SFX as a montage is cut together) is very enjoyable. Try to keep that going!! Thanks for all you do.

When you were saying about the restaurant cancelling the order, sometimes we aren’t able to. I work for a chain restaurant and when you try to cancel by calling them they ask for account details that we aren’t all privy to, meaning I have to just keep bouncing orders from driver to driver until the customer successfully cancels with deliveroo. Inefficient I know but it is what it is 😂😂

Since when, whenever I order once it's with the delivery person it's impossible to cancel unless they miss the longest estimated delivery time, so say it's 20mins from there to mine, I can only cancel before they collect or if it's been 1h after they collected the order (been like this for about half a year)(on Uber eats) unsure if similar on deliveroo as haven't used in a while

I’m a Deliveroo driver and I deliver in a town called Braintree in Essex. It’s a small town but the earnings are pretty decent and orders can come through quickly especially during the afternoon/evening hours. I made £50 in 4 hours with no boost. Definitely worth recommending.
