Those customers with the co-op order should've helped you. It's ridiculous for them to order that much and not even offer. Clearly they ordered to avoid carrying all these heavy items that they have ordered. Customers do the same for the home deliveries in the shop I work for, so much so that we had to limit the amount of water that a customer can order, as the drivers often have walk up multiple floors to deliver it.

That drink order was crazy... People know Immediacy services are mostly bikes, I think it's just crazy to order something obviously so heavy and not to help!! I live in an apartment building but will always meet my driver by the gate just as they arrive so they don't have to come up and have a quick turnaround - least I can do. You're a pro dude, love your content!
