Best way to get rid of odors is to spritz with vodka - the cheapest you can get. It's an old theater trick used for costumes that can't be washed regularly/easily. Works great!

When I worked at the hospital a wicked coughing cold/bronchitis whatever went through our department. A bunch of us were so sick. And for over a month. I went through two courses of antibiotics, separated my ribs coughing. I seriously thought I was dying. The only thing that finally helped was taking Benedryl every night at bedtime. Each day I was getting better until it was finally gone. And it helps you sleep too. You should try it.

Ricola Original honey cough drops are the best. I have them in my car, next to my desk, purse, everywhere! They are the only thing that help my dry cough!

CORRECTION: Tradesy *does* provide the return reason, which I note later in the video. 😉 Do you accept returns on eBay? What are your thoughts or feelings on returns?
@flairgrace11842 жыл бұрын
I do because I heard that if you accept returns on Ebay, you have a better standing in the algorithm.
@JasmineSwann Жыл бұрын
The dashboard is in a different spot than your other car? 😊 That was funny. I thought WhatNot doesn't allow Returns 🤨
@jennypennyvintage4632 жыл бұрын
Just an FYI, eBay doesn’t allow restocking fees anymore. That has been in place for a few years now. If you offer free 30 day returns and are a top rated seller, you can deduct up to 50% for items returned in different condition than originally shipped (unless INAD).
@elducho2 жыл бұрын
True! But I don't accept returns so as my own personal courtesy I offered that - even though I was not required to accept a return at all.

Hi Denali. I’m not a dr, but it sounds like you have allergies. I get this cough too, but mainly in the spring time. I also use cough drops for this problem. I hope you feel better soon. ❤

So funny you mentioned Tradesy closing - my ads were all transferred just today! Of course, Vendoo is behind with the times. They tell me they plan to do nothing until next year.

Certain dress clothes are not listed on eBay due to the ‘rental’ problem. I’ve had people return stuff on Poshmark and I complained to Poshmark after the items came back with no issues. Since then, they have been less accommodating to customers who ask to return an item.
@elducho2 жыл бұрын
I had someone on Poshmark pester me for months to sell them a dress for dirt cheap. I kept declining their offers and comments. They kept saying, “cmon drop the price - I only want to wear it once!” Eventually they came up in their price and I accepted their offer. 3 days after it was delivered they opened up a return on Poshmark for asinine reason and Posh approved it. It came back in the condition I listed it in - covered in the persons hair. They got the rental they wanted. 🙄

Good point on returns- I’ve often thought of attaching a hang tag at the side seam like Nordstrom does for my expensive, formal items.

I actually have know folks who do that! Everyone has their own way of dealing with them. 🙃

I had what we think was COVID a few weeks ago. Had an annoying cough for like a month. Just an antitussive (cough relief) medicine helped enough so I could sleep at least.

Yes, mine was also as a result from COVID. Thank goodness it's gone. My doc recommend a high dosage of Vitamin D - that helped a lot.

I had covid back in September (not long after my son started back up at school) - it was my first time getting it. 😩 I always get this nasty cough after a normal cold, so I guess this is the case for this also. Glad to hear yours is getting better and that there’s hope for me!

I get a lot of chico's and lululemon stuff men's and womans that has this strange sweet strong fragrant scent seems like on every find. Very strange. I have been soaking for 2-3 days in vinegar baths, with rinsing here and their then final machine wash with oxy detergent. Seems to always work to no smell at all. It takes time but it worth it.

Let me preface this, Denali, by letting you know that I have a chronic lung disease which has an asthma component. I’ve dealt with it for many years. In listening to you talk and the barkiness of your cough, it sounds like you may have reactive airway asthma. Which is triggered by allergies among other things. You really should be evaluated by a pulmonologist so that you can be prescribed the proper medication to help control the coughing and shortness of breath. Home remedies can help short term, but a good treatment regimen will be more helpful in the long term. You may not need meds all the time, but having them on hand will be helpful should the asthma flare up again.
@elducho2 жыл бұрын
Thank you for sharing, Erin! I do use an albuterol inhaler but I’m not sure if it’s the best solution. I do have a family history of Interstitial Lung Disease so it’s def something I should look into. ♥️

I offer returns on ebay for everything but exercise clothes, leggings and lingerie and rarely do I have returns. Tradesy on the other hand is a s*it show in my opinion. The same listings with same images, measurements, information as every other platform, but returns from Tradesy are an epidemic for me too. I guess if you are paying $15.00 to have something shipped you probably feel a return is justified. I list probably only 30% on Tradsey of what I list on eBay.

I stopped selling on Tradesy a month ago. The sales are not enough and the number of returns for dumb reasons is astronomical. I do not recommend it for resellers it isn't worth the time.
@nathaliecruz32112 жыл бұрын
I’m sure returns are just part of the business but when someone buys then wants to return for all the money back, I think it’s ridiculous waste of your time and money. A couple of those are legit but the others 🤷♀️🤷♀️ You need a air conditioning system in your warehouse, that cough you’ve been dealing with for too long!! Please check with a Dr. or try a good purifier!! YOUR WORTH IT!!!!❤❤
@elducho2 жыл бұрын
Thanks Nathalie - you’re always such an amazing cheerleader! I have to remind myself, returns are part of the cost of doing business - whether I agree with them or not.
