just a curious question but the go diag has a key off/on switch why is the box you use better?

The only thing I can think of is the resistor in that box in conjunction with the godiag is giving proper resistance reading for communication. I could be wrong though, I’ve never bench programmed anything and have 0 experience with the godiag, and my background is heavy diesel not automotive so procedures more than likely are different than what I’m used to. I’m interested to find out as well, since I plan on buying a godiag for home use as I’m the family mechanic.

!!!!!You are missing a lot of detailed information on this, what about solenoid adaptations, what about coding, you also need to check software/flash.... no offense but I think this video is misleading,,, you just copied the Immobilizer info over,,, the job is not complete, the vehicle will not drive/shift correctly this way,,,, you are missing alot of importance steps,,,, this is not a simple nissan/ford/tcm programming job.... you are missing important steps, this job is not complete!!!!!!!!!

You can use the autel to program/change the software/flash on the TCM, and the same with scn coding. You don't need XENTRY, and you dont need the vehicle. Autel will do it all, just need the right/correct steps.

@@brro9017 OMG!!! if you wanna show Keith how to do it he will have a class in January and if you’re willing to teach that class for him, I will buy a ticket and come out and pay just to watch you teach his class…. I’m sure Keith wouldn’t mind being a student for a weekend ….. Just for clarification, I have not taken the class that he’s teaching in January but if you wanna see more in depth coverage on how he teaches his classes just subscribe to his channel. And I hope KZbin isn’t your first place that you learn how to do this stuff because he’s not here to teach people how to do it on KZbin…. Yes, you are correct. There’s so much more that isn’t covered on KZbin about this. My guess would be he could quickly make a video, put out a call for a video that would get dropped within a few hours and I feel he has all the i’s dotted and the t’s crossed. If I just had to imagine it for a minute, there was probably three pages of documents on what too and what not to do that got shipped back with that module to where if the customer didn’t read it it was their own fault…
