Customer States...Doors Don't Lock. HELP!

Customer States (fleet driver) double honk with the horn and the doors don't lock. Found the problem to be on this 2015 ford transit not one but three door latches that have the actuators built into them.

Seems like a quality issue, I could see one of three failing but all three... manufacture cheaper, charge more and put quality at the bottom of the priority list. Apparently the lesson learned in the 70s is forgotten. Regardless great video BFT👍

I just got a recall notice from Ford for an emission 24E03 PCM software update on my 2015 F-150 2.7L. Wondering if that could improve my gas mileage?

Just looked it up. Just says some.of the vehicles have an emissions calibration that does not control tailpipe emissions to expected levels under certain driving conditions. It may or may not help the fuel mileage.

Man sorry to message you on this video and me and the guys here at the shop appreciate your time and knowledge. I got an 18 6.8 E350 running g like complete creepy joe. Changed plugs coil packs checked for intake leak backpressure tested for converter blockage everything passed. It' sounds like and feels like a typical misfire at idle. The Apollos indicates 0 misfires. Wot seems normal for a v10. Relative compression test got 23% on cylinder 7 compared to 0 all others. What's your hypothesis ✊🏼

I would suggest having a closer look instead of a far back look, we really could not see much

Kind of hard to get a camera in there with you hands at the same. But. Next one I do I will remember that and try and get a better view. Thank you for the recommendation

@Dirtyharry70585 I'm not using a borescope for that. If it was engine yeah. But I'm not going through the hassle of a borescope. Next time I'll stick another gopro in there. Get wo angles
