Hate to be a pain, but do you have any videos on rear rotor removal on srw? I can't find any good ones on the 17+... I know it's the same setup it's been for years, but I wasn't sure if you had any tips or tricks? Same with anything on the parking brakes? Love your videos!!! Keep up the good job and educating all of us

It’s always something, nothing can be easy. Quick and easy repair foiled by melted plastic. 😂 Nice that you saved the undamaged pins. I doubt most would have done that and would have left a rats nest Jack job of wiring under the seat.

Cleanest way to perform a hard shell repair. Heated Seat issues started with 1st Gen Expedition/Navigator. Series Circuit they use to melt seat cushion where heated element contacted cushion (Seat Back and Seat Cushion would be Inop) Heated and Cooled Seats Started in 2002 (If my memory is correct) They had Seat Cushion collapse concern due to occupant weight exceeding design limits restricting Air Flow. After all these years still have Heated/Cooled seat concerns. Keep up the great work !!!

Would like to see you do a similar repair or how-to in a 2020 and above super duty. Online parts places show that same module here works to current model. But my 2020 has nothing under the seat that looks like that. On a forum I read where the heated seat module is integrated into the seat memory module.

So I looked at my Control Module. Little burnt but not bad. Should I re use or change? I’m doing a pin exchange thinking I can still use module or is it the cause of the burn out.

Nice work. Just curious, why not solder? To me that's the only way. Seen too many butt connectors cause plenty of problems down the road. Therefore, they go right in the trash can. I do love that heat shrink Ford includes in the pigtail kits though.

So when your order the WPT part numbers do you inspect, depin and repin the GOOD pinouts or cut and splice most of the time? I have a pigtail to swap for the TCM and by all appearances only three wires actually need to be pigtailed and the rest could be repinned.

I wonder why some heated seats in these trucks work better then others? Mine is very disappointing and it's been that way since brand new. I've heard other owners complain about the difference in heat performance too. I've got two other Ford vehicles and the heated seats will literally make me sweat after a while.

Only got a quick look ,but nothing on that module looked cooked, I had a light switch on 94 f150 that would cook like that, I replaced it so many times I almost put quick disconnects on. I think it was the plow lights, and heater vent allowing thermal event to happen.

Way way over complicated modules. How many wires are there!? Other makers do it much smarter, reliable and cheaper. Reusing the old harness may be smart, but you are then installing an old part/component and as long as you warranty it, it’s ok if you have to do it again.
