Hi Dansky....great Tuts :) Is there a way to make holes and openings into objects? For example a pice of wood with a hole for the cables etc. THANX a lot...google doesn't know my problem :)

FYI, upon waiting to skip the ad, preceding to your video, your video started but the ad kept on at the bottom of the screen, very annoying, but I managed to quit KZbin app on my iPad. and restarted again. Now back to the video, you are my to go to for Adobe Dimension.👌

@danksy How did you create the plane with the hole intersection, in PS? is Dimension not capable of this?

Unlike blender you can’t really cut/subdivide 3d shapes in dimension, so you’ll have to either model them from scratch on PS or download and import a new model from the web. I recommend ditching dimensions all together and switching to blender or C4D if you really want to get into 3D modeling.

Dimension won't provide that level of detail for editing 3D models. You would need a 3D program like Blender. Dimension is more for setting up 3D assets and staging them with lights, materials and imported-logos

It’s the few basic shapes at the top of the list that are customisable. Check that you’re using the latest version of Dimension, and once the shape is placed in the scene, these options should appear in the Property Inspector on the right side, down towards the bottom.
