Set it to "start with windows" in the settings or add it to your start ups in Task Manager

If you want a "TopBar" (it's menu bar) you need a Mac. (A Mac is better with Sonoma 2017-2023 or 2007-2017 OCLP)

Yes, you can try it on Windows 11 and it looks even better in Windows 11 but use RoundedTB instead of TaskbarX in Win11
