Layout and validation rules are incredibly helpful to use with different pipelines as well. E.g. These help to reduce showing unnecessary fields and also helps you avoid entering information meant for pipeline A in pipeline B, C or D

A Most Welcome Addition! Up to this point, we've had to use layouts in a way that never felt quite right, bc we were creating different layouts just to accommodate various processes and along with those layouts came new layers of handling rules that made everything overcomplicated. Pipelines takes a page a out of the Pipedrive playbook - lightweight, elegant and effective. Good job, Zoho.

Hi Lior, If your business is about offering a service, like teeth cleaning. If I want after the stage SALE, have a stage like PROGRAMMING THE VISIT, THE VISIT and finally a SURVEY about the service. How you would do? Thank you!

It’s hard to give solutions using a comment on KZbin. The short answer is use workflow that triggers when the stage it clicked. The workflow sends an email template with a survey link. I hope it helps.

You can do it by adding a blueprint on top of the deals module. You can also add alerts or take other actions if the timeline is not met.
