Been using TickTick for about a year and loving it, but I'm still learning new bits, mostly from your videos. One question: Is there a way to include notes in the Eisenhower Matrix? Currently I'm using notes for certain things I want to check on, and then kick ahead a week/month/etc. Using recurring tasks didn't work so well, since I would have to occasionally postpone one, and it would mess up the thing... I would have recurring tasks stacking up. Using a one-time note solves that problem, but runs the risk of me checking it off inadvertently, leaving no reminder for the future. Now I make a note (that I can type updates to) with reminder dates, and then manually kick the note ahead. Having the note 'pinned' makes it show up in Tasks view of TT, but I can't figure out how to get these notes to also show up in the Eisenhower Matrix. Any help you can give would be appreciated!

Excellent video, Joshua! I customize the Eisenhower Matrix for groups that I teach and train in my ministry. It is very helpful to keep track of the progress in each group.

Ok, cool. It sounds like you must customize the filters of each view?

I don't use the matrix myself but I was seeing you use it with your clients and each box having the flag color (red, yellow, blue, grey) so you'd know, at first glance, what to work on - top left, obviously - but it would include all your clients. On another note, I noticed you like the "waiting" tag; at some point, I would put a date on it to check where it's at - to make sure you don't miss a deadline on your part because of someone else (for ex).

Yes, probably not a bad idea to use a date on the "waiting" tag. Good idea!!
