Hey Kyle, this comment gave me more confidence to do it myself to be honest. Thank you! I’m not sure about a couple things though and was wondering if you could tell me. From what it looks like I need to buy an electric polisher and a direct drive air compressor, the compressor comes with a spray gun tool. So, I see this guy uses the spray gun for a few applications and replaces the liquid between sprays, is it ok to replace the liquid for the same spray gun and if so what do I need to keep in mind to not mess with the spray gun like cleaning etc between uses? Save your money on the blending spray by adding some thinner to the clear when there is just a dribble left in the gun. Great job 🤘

Well I scuffed my Malibu door by hitting the side of a pole turning into a parking lot. I went to a paint shop and they hooked me up with the paint and clear coat. It’s all in an aerosol can. I know I have to sandpaper it and put primer on first. I don’t have a sander machine so hopefully I can do it by hand.

A huge difference will be there on old paint and new paint. :/ Getting the exact coating and colour is nearly impossible unless car color is black or white

Be sure to buy a brand new all inclusive auto shop to get it done properly and hire multiple employees to stand watch as you DIY the bumper of your car with your professional air compressed brush gun. OR..... use alcohol, some elbow grease, and a $15 dollar of Duplicolor. I mean, either way, really.

you apply the blender immediately after you clear, it just slightly melts the old clear so the new clear binds in a little bit
