Low temperature phase change metal panels or pipes is great application to cool or heat inside the stones comparable to burying them underground for heat pump applications.

@@GrowTreeOrganics I’m sure you have your water setup figured out but if you look up how the romans changed the temp of their water, they did it with gravity and I can not explain it right but if you have any free time its cool how they did it.

Rammed earth mixed with hemp, papercrete, rubber tire crumb or wood chips I wonder would help. Instead of metal rebar that can rust the basalt volcanic rock rebar doesn't rust.

What's the solution for keeping the pipe free of small animals? Also, what's the solution for moisture and mould?
@GrowTreeOrganics6 ай бұрын
We'll be closing off the entrance and exit points with metal mesh screen that will keep the rodents out. We also have 5 cats on guard!😅 we're also in Northern Arizona, very dry so that helps, but also constant air movement will help keep down moisture and mold. The cooling tubes will naturally dehumidify the air as well. Appreciate the question✌🏾

Underground dome home looks good to keep cool but windows requires heat of AC proves the point.
@GrowTreeOrganics7 ай бұрын
Windows loose the heat for sure. But that's why we'll be doing a double greenhouse, per Earthship design for retaining heat. ✌🏾

I'd like to see a diagram! I wonder, it seems that you are making a thick wall barrier to the outside, then purposely bringing outside air into the underfloor?
@GrowTreeOrganics6 ай бұрын
I'll see what I can come up with! The climate battery will only use and circulate the air inside. The cooling tubes will be brining fresh air in!✌🏾

How about bag homes covered with waterproof material or papercrete with eposy instead of cement domes encapusulated by dirt below surface?

that plastic will melt and burn and stink once you start your rocket stove...no?

The climate battery isn't connected to the rocket stove, it will only have the air from the room blown into it, so we shouldn't have any melting plastic!✌🏾

@@GrowTreeOrganics You should show that. I am looking to build one myself. I am considering doing a multi-stage digestor. The first stage would be solar powered and heat it to about 140f for 1-5 days. The heat kills e-coli and so you end up with grade A mulch coming out of your system.
