This deck as a precon is a threat itself. Now you turned it into an apex predator deck, shootin' faster as its shadow. Enemies will not be happy. Good work as usual. Hope to see an Erin upgrade soon.

Found it for cheap and liiike I’m not really sure taking a 20 minute turn to do a bunch of triggers and casting free draw spells. This is a good base for a savvy upgrade, but on its own this half an engine

Shrieking drake has been an unsung hero and makes a repeatable way to get to your third spell a turn with ease

This probably is the best way to go, but the untap to create infinite card draw / mana etc. doesn't sound like a fun commander experience :D

Yeah I’m not a fan of lose to something like that but maybe it’s worth to have one deck that can do it to try out against the players that always run something stronger than the table

Just had the chance to test the build yesterday and boy-oh-boy it's strong. Almost too storng. Not only that, it's super consistent (providing you don't have bad luck in impulse draws).

For anyone curious: solve the equation ($4) gix probe ($5) Ral, Storm Conduit ($5) personal tutor ($5) merchant scroll ($7) mystical tutor ($9) Cerulean Wisps ($9) Not all but some of the recommendations. I nabbed all the cards i considered budget and might just proxy the ones listed above.

I was considering getting this precon earlier, but since I already built Magnus the Red as an Izzet spellslinger deck, I chose to skip this one. Only after I realised the commander goes infinite with everything, I’ll have to buy her separately for another choice as a commander. Solid upgrade video as always, Grazzet!

When you do the felix deck you should do a funny bit where you stick 5 boot cards, like swiftfoot and trailblazer

I already owned Urabrask and birgi which can help storm, then I pulled return the favor and rodeo pyromancers from my otj packs. Balmor, battlemage captain seems great if people are doing a go wide strat which the precon seems to like with the tokens it can make. Slickshot show off also seems decent. Might be better outside of commander though

Can’t decide to give my deck more “on cast or second cast, make one of these or do this” or if it needs better cantrips. I did buy twisted fealty and cerulean wisps a maybe one other spell that is similar but less efficient. It’s funny how strong this deck already was out of the box

Hidden Strings > Dramatic Reversal to generate infinite mana because it needs land instead of a mana rock. Also, you can tap all your opponent's permanents as a bonus.

i put in Gandalf the Grey, Glamdring, Wizards of Thay, Baral and Kari Zev Flame of Anor Fire//Ice Gandalfs Sanction To me Gandalf the Grey was a auto include in this deck since he is a Guttersnipe on steroids. So are Wizards of Thay not only do they make your spells cheaper they also let you cast sorceries at instant speed. i haven’t had a opportunity yet to play it though

instead of Fellwar Stone, why not do Thought Vessel to increase the chance of pulling a "no maximum hand size" card? You removed Finale of Revelation which grants that, so I think Thought Vessel is a worthy card in place of Fellwar Stone since it would also be used late game for a low cost spell. Also, if no one is running blue or red or one and not the other, then you get stuck with infinite mana of either a color you can not use for colored mana spells and abilities , only colorless, or get stuck with all blue or all red.

I think you missed hidden strings, it works like free spell and you can get infinite mana copying

Have to agree with the latter comments here. Stella in the command zone is just another combo enabling, kill on site commander for me and nothing original. Eris on the other hand suits the precon list and play-style better, although it doesn’t utilize the graveyard as efficiently. I’ve seen the Stella play-style too many times already but at least wotc is embracing it. I would love to see an izzet build that doesn’t storm/combo, but sadly it doesn’t exist.

I was looking for an upgrade for this deck that does not use infinite combos, we don't usually play this type of deck in my playgroup. Maybe a way to generate many create tokens or use card draw to damage opponents. Do you have any suggestions?

Psychosis crawler deals damage when you draw cards. Balmor, battlemage captain can pump your creatures when you cast stuff.

Out of budget but if you can tutor up some cards you could easily win by drawing your deck then playing thassa's Oracle

Very true! The deck has quite a number of draw through its entire library so adding some self mill wincon like Thassa's Oracle would be a viable consideration.

Good lord this deck is menacing! And it doesn't even have that much Menace creature- *gets shot* Bad jokes aside, amazing vid as always! As for my vote, Vihaan keeps it. After all, this time the Treasure sacrifices the Players! Once he wins, at least. Day 960 of waiting for the face reveal. Any characters you wanna see in the Thunder Junction in some way?

Super video, nearly flawless - but, Finale of Promise absolutely should not be cut. Three mana to hit three spells plus the possibility of recasting one of our game-breaking one drops is just way too good. Don't let the useless text about 10 or more confuse the issue. There's plenty of crap left to cut in place of FoP.

I’m not going to lie that is the most bullshit rule ever . You should be allowed infinites as it’s a cool way to win unless it happens each game which is highly unlikely.

Can someone explain twisted fealty to me? How does he think to create so.many tokens? I am new to the game.

U need to have stella on the field without summoning sickness. Cast 2 spells prior to casting twisted fealty. Cast fealty as the 3rd spell hold priority activate stella copying fealty on the stack. Copy of tf targeting stella. Stack resolves copy 1st. After resolution hold priority and activate again establishing the loop.

@@quezer0 So Stella can just copy it infinitelly even without casting other spells in between? When does the loop end? And if I understood correctly first part of the effect of TF is targeting Stella too so I can untap her?

@@nftw95 Yes, her condition of needing to have played 2 spells before stays true and fulfilled for the whole turn. The loop ends when the table is dead. Yes, you target stella with every copy of TF
