I'm a huge potato salad fan, but my body just can't do white potatoes anymore. It was sad because potato salad is such a favorite...so this is my solution to get all the flavor without all the carbs. Let us know what you think after you try it!

I hope you'll give it a try. Low calorie cauliflower beats potatoes every time. I wasn't a huge cauliflower fan either, but that has changed! I find that it's all about what you season it with that makes it taste better. I created a cauliflower curry last week that was mind blowing good. I'll post that recipe on my website soon - and hope to follow with a demo vid. Open your mind to cauliflower...once I did, my cooking really changed (along with my waist line) - wink. Bon Appetit!
