@@sarah.phillipa854 It may have been a mistake on his part. Anxiety/panic attacks can come suddenly and build really fast. He may have thought he was nervous but wanted to push himself and get out of a comfort zone (something he's well known for doing in cut) and it was a bit too much and he was far more nervous than he thought. He seems like a decent dude who definitely had drug issues and has an anxiety disorder. To which he may have tried to "solve" with drugs, hence his sober all the time being bad line, that seems like a pretty strong "I'm trying to solve issues I don't understand with substances" Adderall for people who don't have ADHD can F you up. Stimulants when you have a normally stimulated brain are not helpful, though people think they are, studies have shown that students actually perform worse on stimulants. For people with ADHD, their brains are chronically under stimulated. Medication gives a new base line that's still below normal, but better than before. People shouldn't use stimulants recreationally in my opinion because it doesn't actually help to do work or be productive. It's also not really a "high" in the usual way.
