Yes, it is and Cutco is not the ever so helpful company like they try to market. They actually told me, it's only $40 to buy a new replacement blade..... What???!!!

Apparently I misspoke and KZbin decided to label my video for me. The filleting happens in the pistachio encrusted rockfish video. Here I've already filleted them and I'm just skinning the fillets.
