When we were little kids (4 of us), my parents would bring us for movies in the drive-in cinema. I remembered that my dad would always buy tickets to watch kung-fu films 😄 We loved the place so much as the ambience was great and we have more freedom than a normal cinema. It was a pity that the drive-in cinema was closed down in 1985 and no such facility is ever set up after that. Your lovely vlog brings me beautiful memories of the great times we have as a family. Ah straw berry picking is fun idea! I picked strawberries all one summer I was 11 and paid for all my school clothes and finally got to buy what I wanted to wear, made my mom pissy through! I remember going to the drive in when I was young. I think I saw Mary Poppins. Now when I go to the movies (all the drive ins in LA have closed) it really all about the concession stand food!🤪👍🙏😎

From Hawaii; when I was young we had 3 drive-ins on Oahu. My friends sister and her boyfriend took us to the drive-in and we brought chips and food. She packed us some instant ramen and fried chicken. It was the best time we had watching a movie. Sadly all the drive-ins are now gone.😢

When I was 18 to 25 my friends and I went to the outdoor drive-in theater in the town that I lived in every weekend in the summertime. It was a great meeting place for meeting friends and of course, watching a great movie or two. There are not too many outdoor theaters left in my area, just one left about 30 miles away.
