if you have wavy frizzy hair, (just like mindys routine) just wash your hair until it gets foamy, rinse out. I only ring out my hair with my hands at the top and bottom and I shake it around. Then I use conditioner (i use dove hydrating conditioner also use dove hydrating shampoo) and comp it through with a small wide tooth comb until smooth. i put it in a ponytail then wash my face and my body. take the ponytail out and rinse it out just until the conditioner is rinsed out. then i get out of the shower and put my hair in a shirt instead of a towel because it’s less harsh with your hair. while it’s drying i dry my body and wash my face and get dressed then i take my hair down and put 1 drop of moroccan oil and then brush through with a wet brush. i sleep with a ponytail in the i also put an elastic at the bottom of my hair where the end of a braid would be and you get lovely beach waves. just brush your roots and brush your hair out with your fingers and you get amazing beach waves 💘
@clairecontreras54465 жыл бұрын
OMG I tried this and it totally works 100% I always have my hair wavy in beach waves now! Thank you so much!
@noramcnabb13614 жыл бұрын
NO PONYTAIL ON WET HAIR your hair is SO much more vulnerable when wet so instead you could quickly braid it ( only halfway if you want it to stay but don’t want to spent your shower braiding) to keep it out of the water. Or you can just use a scrunchie ( cotton, silk, or satin) instead of a ponytail

I wash my hair once a week and I'm working towards stretching it even more. I don't use any product in my hair except for a cheap shampoo one a week. I don't use dry shampoo or hair spray or anything like that. I also don't use heat on my air. I feel like my hair is a lot healthier than my sister's who washes every day. She gets split ends a lot faster than. I'm talking months here. She'll get split ends after a month or two, but I can go over nine months and still don't have split ends.

What does it mean when your hair dries crispy-ish at the end?? Should I be putting oil on my ends?
@laney_ann_246 жыл бұрын
Alexis Coates it just means your ends are dead. You could either get a trim or yes oil your hair, but only about the last 2 or so inches. Hope this helps!
@amyovard48176 жыл бұрын
Hey Alexis, if I were you, I’d get the ends trimmed up nice and even (even if you get layers😉) That way you can get the most life out of your hair ends. But, like Delaney said, already, definitely use an oil, especially if you can’t get a trim right away. If you get a trim and your ends are still like that, it means your hair is super dry, and it needs a little bit of TLC, and that’s easily done with a good oil, like Mindy explains in the video!! Hugs!!
@Ella-zf2tq6 жыл бұрын
you might use too much what on it so i recommend a trim and a good conditioner and an oil like a Moroccan oil

Yes and stop using so much heat! I would honestly stop using heat until the crispy is gone...but the only way to fix the heat damage is to cut it off unfortunately

Hi Mindy! I love your videos! Buuuut using tea tree oil for lice prevention is a common myth. I actually work in a lice removal salon and the only proven preventative for head lice is mint. It can be any kind of mint spray, mint oil, or mint shampoo, but mint is the only known preventative. Clients come in all the time shocked that they got it because they use tea tree every day. Sorry for the bad news, but I hope this can help you and others in the future!

Hey, I had lice for months and tea tree got rid of it. I know you want people to pay you hundreds of dollars to get lice removed but some people don't have that much money. Plus I've read many scientific study's showing proof that tea tree helps
@saraha55224 жыл бұрын
I once got rid of lice with henna. You keep henna on for hours and the lice suffocate. I also read you can get rid of lice by oiling your hair very thickly with a natural oil like coconut oil and leaving it on at least 2 hours, because apparently lice can hold their breaths for over an hour but not 2.

Hi Mindy! I don't know if you will read this. But i wanted to tell you that when i saw your video i was a little skeptic because i was told one that brushing your hair wet could cause breakage and also because I did ti once, and i had a lot of hair fall. But i decided to give it a try, and for making the fall less possible, I untangled my hair before going to the shower, and after that I did everything the same as you but with a little more time with the product( I received a call jajaja) and with different products! And OMG, my hair next day was still wet, but when it dried it was soft and with so much less frizz, it felt like soft and healthy... it looked like i han iron it! it was amazing! thank you so much.

Can you do a hair care routine for paisley?
@alainaatk.62106 жыл бұрын
Trimming the hair actually does not make it grow faster. It simply makes it look healthier and retain a better appearance. Hair growth occurs only at the scalp and root level. Nothing that happens to the ends of the hair can affect the growth.
@hn39975 жыл бұрын
Alaina Atk. Actually the ends splitting from you not cutting it will continue to split and your hair will break off. So in a way she’s right.

You have changed my life I used to make my hair a wet as possible when putting my conditioner in because I thought that was the right thing to do but it really makes sense to get your hair dryer before putting it in. cutting the bottom of your hair (aka the dead part) won’t make the roots (the living parts) grow faster? that doesn’t make sense. it keeps your hair looking healthier and less damaged, but it definitely won’t grow faster.

I use Chi and it works so good! I have really fluffy wavy hair but it kinda thinned out because I used to use heat on it like everyday but I’ve stopped using heat completely and the Chi shampoo helps restore the shine and follicles in my hair and makes it super soft! Their keratin spray also works wonders! 😍

I wash my hair about once a week and in-between washes I wet my hair and massage my scalp while I take a shower. Works great for me and my hair has never been this healthy!
