Coyote, I thought you could film some videos at an Island called "Niue" Its a tropical Island that is home to many different creatures and its most famous creature is the coconut crab. I used to live there for 2 and a half years until I was four, then we moved to New Zealand but that's not the point. I thought it would be cool video idea. I used to work on the Salmon River in Idaho as a kayaking white water guide, and on some special occasions we would see some otters pop up by our boats or on the shore of the camp we worked at, they are absolutely beautiful creatures.

Yes, many sea otters use rocks to bust open clams and mollusks. This otter is a river otter though, and they are not the same thing, where river otters live there is no need to bust open clams and mollusks because there aren't any where they live.
