Well yeah she basically has Khanrian blood, she has the crimson moon bloodline which was one of the rulling dynasties of Khanriah, along with the eclipse dynasty (which Kaeya seems to be from) Arlecchino is definitely that child they choose, making her the cinder of two worlds.

It's from a book ingame called peinheri where it says that after crimson dynasty fall (peruer) ,khaenrhia got eclipse dynasty(kaeya) It's said that they're summoning descenders (like one from isekai animes) and for that ,they have to crawl through a tunnel after which they'll see a giant eye (from arlecchino demo) and they're then declared DESCENDERS. Beings that doesn't belong to this world. Funnily after she asks about her powers origin to jester,he says to her to read this exact book.
